In 2015, three executives turned entrepreneurs after decades of experiences in consumer goods industry. They set out to solve the offline data gap they experienced in their days with the main mission to leverage technology to help brands grow. They were frustrated with the delay in data gatherings and how little they knew about their shoppers beyond the existing survey-based data and estimates. While on the other side of the retail spectrum, the tech-based companies and online retail players have all the access to a large bank of users’ data that the offline counterparts can only dream of. Therefore, it is in that particular gap that these three founders saw the opportunity to fill in by joining forces and create Snapcart. And in September 2015, Snapcart was born.

Reynazran Royono (Rey)
Founder & CEO
Prior to Snapcart, he worked for 9 years at Procter & Gamble as Modern Retail Director before moving to Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Having worked in BCG for 3 years, as a Project Leader, Rey supported and lead strategic projects in Retail & Consumers Goods, Technology – Media – Telco, and Public Sector practice areas. In 2014, as the CEO of Berniaga.com he led the site to be the no. 1 commerce site in Indonesia in 6 months. Rey holds a bachelor degree from Bandung Technology Institute. He enjoys traveling, eating out, and a skilled online gamer whenever he is not working on building Snapcart.
Laith Abu Rakty
Co-Founder & CTO
He is responsible for building, managing and validating the Tech Roadmap, visualize mobile application with the available resources and assets. Prior to Snapcart, he was formerly a Vice President of Engineering at Ardent Capital. Prior to Ardent, Laith spent 2 years at Bobobobo.com, as Senior Software Engineer. Laith holds a bachelor degree from Arab International University. He enjoys diving and hiking.
Teresa (Mayeth) Condicion
Co-Founder & CDO
As a CDO, she is responsible for harnessing, managing, and analyzing Snapcart’s data, creating best in class big data analytics and machine learning platforms to deliver deep shopper insights to our clients. Prior to Snapcart, she was formerly P&G Consumer Insights A. Director. She has 17 years of experience in Consumer Insights across Asia. Mayeth holds (cum laude) bachelor degree in engineering from University of Santo Tomas. If she is not crunching numbers or taking care her little boys, you can find her at the gym or meditating at her spare time.
Araya Hutasuwan (Noon)
In her role, she is responsible for finance, strategy, and corporate development ensuring the group produces profitable revenue, increasing margins and driving growth of the business. Prior to this, she was a VP at Ardent Capital where she invested in tech startups and advised her 13 portfolio companies across Southeast Asia. Prior to Ardent, Araya co-founded several fashion retail brands with presence in the US and Thailand and spent 4 years in M&A at Phatra, Investment Banking based in Thailand. Araya holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Thammasat University. In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting random recipes she found on buzzfeed videos and working on her impact investing.
As a Chief Sales Officer, he is responsible for the development of sales and product strategy and to ensure robust alignment with the business vision. He has 18+ years of experience in a number of research agencies (Nielsen, Research International, TNS, Synovate, Ipsos, ABN Impact) and also worked on the client side with the McDonald’s group. Eko has a balanced background with very solid research career combined with his work on the client side. He has ability to quickly identify and resolve client research and marketing concerns. Holding a bachelor from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, Eko has passion for teaching and music. He was a lecturer at his faculty and a private classical piano teacher.
Abiyasa Wiharso (Abi)
VP of Business Development - Indonesia
As VP of Business Development, he is responsible for fostering relationship with key clients, developing commercial strategy and delivering analytical insights & solution for clients. Prior to this, he was a senior strategy consultant at Accenture, lead projects on strategy, analytics and campaign management across FMCG, Banking and Retail industries. He loves spent time with his family, listening music and playing online games while not busy hustling with Snapcart.
VP Operations & Head of Business Development - Philippines
As VP of Operations and Head of BD, Raymond ensures that different teams within Snapcart PH are performing efficiently and working together to deliver outstanding results for both internal and external clients. He is chiefly responsible for driving business growth for PH. Before joining Snapcart, he was a key part of The Nielsen Company that pushed revenue growth within Nielsen Media for a few years. Prior to this, he was a significant contributor to the strategic decisions that reshaped the brand image and success of Greenwich Pizza (part of the JFC Group) as its Research Manager. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He enjoys singing rock music.
Heston is the Founder and MD at Infinity CXT, a partner of Snapcart in customized research. Under the brand InCart powered by Snapcart, the collaboration is aimed to provide fast and affordable insights to businesses. Prior to this, he was a Research Director at Ipsos, heading Ipsos Loyalty where he was focused on customer loyalty research, customer acquisition and retention research on various sector. In his 12+ years, he also worked on other types of research on brand activation, pricing, concept product test, Brand Health Tracking for various market leader FMCG companies in Indonesia. Heston started his career at Research International. He is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs and loves to cook in his spare time.
Dr. Liang Kee Goh
Dr. Goh has a degree from National University of Singapore specializing in machine learning and data mining algorithms. After completing her PhD from Auckland University of Technology, she furthered her data analytics skills in the field of bioinformatics as an assistant professor at Duke University. Dr. Goh has 16 years of experience in artificial intelligence for research in communicable diseases, cancer research and genetics analysis, published several research papers and holds several patents.
